We are an innovative company with a track record of delivering excellent school sports services, we tailor our services to suit the needs of each school that we work with. Additionally, it is our goal that once a pupil steps into our program, they feel a sense of belonging through the club/lesson they receive, friends they meet and peers they interact with.

Performance Pathway embeds two major integral cornerstones as part of its programme, one is to create outstanding individuals and two is to allow the pupils to take ownership of their learning.

We proudly boast a capable and highly skilled team with experience of working in education and the delivery of sports activities.

School Education

The Performance Pathway Programme is a concept designed in investing in the sporting, education and personal development, both girls and boys that aim is to develop and provide them a clear, defined and structured pathway.

Our aim is to provide pupils with the ability to enhance performance within a progressive and safe learning environment. The Performance Pathway programme achieves this overall improvement by implementing our following core fundamentals.

OWNERSHIP: –

All pupils will be encouraged to take ownership of their learning and to learn the values of respect, responsibility and resilience. These personality traits are vital predictors in regard to the progression and will allow them to flourish in their academic and social circles.

KNOWLEDGE: –

All pupils will be afforded the knowledge, to be able to choose the correct option in the club/lesson with the ball in a variety of given situations. When the ball should be passed, held onto, when and how to create space and how to identify opportunity. Intelligence is a tool which allows pupils the ability to reach their full potential.

ENTHUSIASM: –

An enthusiastic and motivated player will attain performance improvements throughout their journey.

Performance Pathway programmes expectation is that all players display engagement and motivation, to allow for learning and fundamentally provide the players with the ability to take ownership of their journey.
