Performance Pathway provides boys and girls from 5 year old – 18 years old to access to advance coaching. The activities and game based approach programmes are suitable for all skill levels providing your child with the foundations to begin a lifelong love of physical activity and football, while sharing and making friends in a safe and enjoyable environment.
BALL SKILLS
Learn and develop skill and technique with FA licensed coaches who are proven and respected experts at coaching young people.
communication
If you can communicate well, then football becomes better. Learn to listen as well as to encourage. Sometimes we need help and guidance too.
TEAMWORK
Football isn’t just about winning…… it’s about being part of and working as a team. It’s a great way to develop a number of skills including listening, working with others, leadership and adapting.
CONDUCT
We want to encourage an environment where good conduct is the norm. We won’t tolerate any form of bad language or abuse of any nature.
FITNESS
Get match fit and love the game you play. It helps improve fitness and releases endorphins making you feel good and happy!
THE SPIRIT OF FOOTBALL
We want to teach that football isn’t just a set of rules, it’s more than that. We teach about sportsmanship, ethics and the love of the game, what’s acceptable and what’s not.
RULES
Whilst we’re not going to go through the football rule book page by page, we will instruct on the basic football rules. The do’s and the don’ts…… and how to play the game properly.
TACTICS
Learn about simple tactics, positions, formations and how to apply them in-game scenarios.

Performance Pathway creates a fun filled, innovative, educational and inspiring experience for children 5 – 18 years old to learn and enjoy football, with high level coaching in a safe and trusted environment.
